Early-bird registration for the Symposium is open until July 15th, 2025.

Students/Postdoc Attendees: $40

General Attendees: $100

General registration for the Symposium is open until September 5th, 2025.

Students/Postdoc Attendees: $50

General Attendees: $110

Note that registration fees are waived for invited speakers and graduate student/postdocs who volunteer to help with conference setup/takedown. Please contact eric.lees@ubc.ca or chester.upham@ubc.ca if you are interested in volunteering.

PCCS seeks to encourage excellence in research from junior scholars and will award up to three poster presentations with monetary prizes. All poster presentations are eligible for the award.

Abstract Submission

The abstract submission deadline for oral presentations will close on August 23, 2025. 

We will still accept abstracts for poster presentations (graduate students, undergraduate students) through August 30th.

Abstract must adhere to the required format and must be uploaded as a pdf file.

Note: Maximum poster size for the poster session is 36″ high x 48″ wide
